An extra special thanks to Fred for getting us all tickets to the Hollywood Bowl's July 4th Fireworks Spectacular!
The Bowl is a really fun venue. For those in Springfield, it reminds me of the Summer Arts Festival on a MUCH larger scale. Most folks bring an entire picnic dinner to enjoy during the performance. Others just bring their favorite bottle of wine.
The LA Philharmonic were our entertainment for the night and also added a patriotic soundtrack to the fireworks finale. A great way to spend the 4th!!!
