Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby

Even though the title suggests otherwise, most of this movie was filmed in Charlotte, NC. I had some friends who worked on this movie, so we went to represent the big NC! Plus, Will Ferrell is a funny, funny man.
The Verdict: A funny movie. Did not transcend the genre or expectations. Funny, crude, and zany. It was well worth the FREE popcorn we got for gaining AMC Movie Watcher points with our AMC Movie Watcher pass. If anyone regularly goes to AMC theaters I highly recommend getting one. If you don't, feel free to use my Movie Watcher number when you order tickets. (I'll get extra points!)
