FORGOT TO TELL YOU... - Italian ice with Mr. Hoffman





A few weeks ago, Kerri and I spent the weekend with the Franklin kids. We ended up at a quaint Italian ice store along Montana Blvd. in Santa Monica. Who should happen to get in line behind us, but Dustin Hoffman. He must live down the street because he ordered a pint to go. I gave him a polite nod and let it be. After all, if you can't go into a shop in your own neighborhood and order an ice cream in peace, where can you? I didn't hear what flavor he favored. I had mango peach. It was good.

Of course, Kerri never even noticed until I brought it up later.
